Fight That Fee

Terms

Last updated October 2026. Fight That Fee is run by SHORE AI LLC, Malibu, California ("we").

What this is

Fight That Fee uses AI to read a bill or fee notice you give us, write dispute letters in your name, and give you directions for what to do next. It is a writing and planning tool. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and the AI is not a lawyer.

You send the letters

We never send anything to anyone for you. You read each letter, change it if you wish, and send it yourself. You are responsible for what you send, for checking that the facts are right, and for confirming any name or address before you send it. The AI can make mistakes.

No promise of results

We do not promise that any company will refund or remove any charge, or that any step will work. Companies decide for themselves. We promise to write each letter with care, from the facts you gave us, and to give you a clear plan.

Paying

Your first dispute package costs $9.99. Each follow-up letter costs $2. There is no subscription and no obligation: you pay for a follow-up letter only when you ask for it. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. If we fail to deliver a letter after you pay, we will fix it or refund that payment. Otherwise, because the work is done on the spot by AI, payments are not refundable.

What you give us

You promise that what you tell us is true to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share the bill you upload. Do not send us card numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords. See our privacy notice for what we keep.

Reminders

We email you when a date comes, and once more three days later, at most two reminders for each letter. You can turn them off at any time.

Using it fairly

Use the service only for charges you honestly believe are wrong. Do not use it to harass anyone, make false claims or threaten anyone. We may stop a case that we believe is being used that way.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the letter in question, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost money you did not recover, or the actions of the companies you write to. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

California law

These terms are governed by California law. Questions: info@fightthatfee.com.
